Our ultimate goal is to foster a mutual sense of commitment, loyalty, and community within our fan base. To achieve this, we aim to build a team of ambassadors who reflect the diversity of Boston’s communities, share a genuine passion for women’s sports, and are committed to celebrating, empowering and building an intersectional fan community.
What to Expect as a Club Ambassador:
Represent BOS Nation FC at local events, watch parties, and community activations.
Create an engaging and welcoming fan experience on game days and at community events.
Assist with promotions, giveaways, and marketing activations.
Connect with fans and help expand our growing BOS Nation FC community.
Work flexible hours (including nights and weekends) during the NWSL season.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
As an ambassador, you’ll play a key role in representing the club at community events, engaging with fans on game days, and helping to grow the club’s presence throughout the region. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of professional women’s soccer in Boston while making a meaningful impact.
GAME DAY AND COMMUNITY EVENTS
Represent and promote the Club with integrity at local and regional events (e.g., watch parties, festivals, sporting events, and community engagements), understanding that you may be the first interaction people have with BOS Nation FC.
Contribute to game day and event fan engagement opportunities, including fan zones, gate giveaways, matchday promotions, and activations, while creating a fun, welcoming, and interactive environment for fans.
Proactively engage with current and prospective fans to build connections, generate interest, and expand the fan database by capturing and inputting customer data using company hardware.
Organize and manage marketing assets, equipment, and inventory at events, assisting with setup, breakdown, and proper care of Club materials.
Provide detailed post-event recaps and insights to the reporting manager.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Possess an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic personality with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
Exhibit reliability, punctuality, and professionalism while working collaboratively or independently.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills and adaptability, embracing ambiguity in event situations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and up to 10-12 hours per week during the NWSL season.
Perform special projects and assignments as needed, understanding that responsibilities may evolve over time.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Regularly required to sit, use hands to handle objects, and engage in tasks requiring fine motor skills.
Frequently required to talk, hear, and occasionally reach with hands and arms.
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of soccer, particularly the NWSL, and a genuine passion for women’s sports and sports culture.
Strong understanding of Boston’s diverse neighborhoods and local sports environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Cape Verdean Creole, Mandarin, Cantonese, Portuguese) are a plus.
A passion for advancing equity and inclusion through sports.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Fast-paced environment.

Position frequently works outdoors and may involve inclement weather conditions.
